Start a conversation and the browser transcribes the nurse–patient exchange as it happens, while an AI agent suggests the single next highest-value intake question — with a short reason and a two-to-four-word spoken hint. Every session's transcript, agent output and audio recording is stored so a consultation can be replayed afterwards. The agent does not diagnose; it steers the intake interview.
